About our Client
Our client is a market leading manufacturer in office furniture and household devices. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Sales Director to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will manage business growth, business performance, project management, customer satisfaction and quality of services delivered, as well as define business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You will be responsible for all performance measurements of your sales team member. You will also provide suggestions and best practice on product development and project management based on data and market insight. You will liaise internally with product management team, sourcing, supply chain, engineering and business development team to achieve business objectives.
Requirement
- University graduate in Electronic Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years working experience in Sales and Business Development, with 5 years of Senior Sales Management experience
- Background from metal or material manufacturing company is preferable
- Connection with US market and distributors is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organized, presentable and independent
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Willing to travel
