About the Client
Our client is one of the global medical device leaders knwon for saving people's lives. Their portfolio of innovative life-changing devices has a sound reputation in the market. In order to expand their business in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Sales Engineer to join their growing team.
About the Role
- Provide on-site technical support to HCPs or Surgeons
- Work closely with sales team and promote the medical equipment to Hospitals and clinics in Hong Kong
- Handle the activity installation, repair and any troubleshooting
- Perform other ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Requirements
- University or above in Engineering, Science, Biomedical or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical support experience working at medical device companies
- Proactive, mature, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadline
- Good command in English and Chinese
