About the Client
Our client is one of the largest FMCG brands in Hong Kong. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager for the Beverage Division which will be focused on the HORECA channels.
About the Role
- Leading a sales team of 6-10 members and to achieve the assigned sales targets
- To ensure effective implementation of sales and distribution strategies among trade customers
- To explore business opportunities with potential customers
- Monitor the sales performance by working closely with each trade partners
- Stay up-to-date on competitors' activities and to provide timely update with recommendations to marketing team
- Degree holder in Business Management or any other relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years of sales and team management experience with the beverage industry. Candidate experienced within the alcoholic beverage industry is highly preferred
- Exposure in on-premise channels is a must
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Sales Manager or a Supervisor role
