Our client is a world's leading manufacturers of branded high-end handbags, small leather goods and travel goods, with a dedicated international team of over 8,000 production staff and a management support team of almost 100 office staff in their office. Due to the business expansion, they are looking for a Sales Manager who would be report to the Sales Director and responsible for the business development and account management.
- Responsible for identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and grow profitable revenue with current and potential customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies, conduct sales plans, and liaise with different stakeholder to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships, respond to customers inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to product development, production follow up and logistics to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and understand the needs of customers
- Participation of trade shows and exhibitions
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
- Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development
- Experience in Handbags/ Small Leather Goods/ Suitcases/ Travel Goods is preferred
- Fluent of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Proven track record of successful sales and a strong network
- Occasional business travels
