About Our Client:
Our client is a HR solutions service provider which specializes in one-stop employment and workplace solutions, including but not limited to HRO, BPO, RPO, etc... To cope with team and business expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join the local team.
Job Description:
- Understand, and analyze customer requirements by solution-based selling approach
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Prepare quotations and tender proposals, negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Work closely with technical teams to provide professional advice and service to customer
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder or above in Business Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HR solutions
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
