Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Support: Drive business growth by identifying and securing sales opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process for index products and services.
- Administrative Support: Manage client records, oversee contract administration, and prepare compelling sales and client presentation materials.
- Pre-Sales Strategy: Contribute to pre-sales activities by conducting market research, analyzing client and competitor data, and supporting ongoing sales and client service initiatives.
- Client Solutions: Provide tailored solutions for clients seeking market data and benchmarking services, leveraging deep knowledge of our product and service offerings.
- Business Development: Collaborate on the creation of business plans aimed at expanding market share and growing the client base.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform the Product and Research teams about market trends and developments.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about index industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A background of 3 to 5 years in sales, business development, or finance, with experience in asset management, asset ownership, or investment banking being a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Personal Attributes: Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and focused on achieving results.
- Mindset: Resilient, inquisitive, and possessing a growth mindset.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
