About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading FMCG groups around the globe. The brands have successfully marketed and distributed their products throughout the world. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a Sales Manager for growing their on-premise business.
Responsibility
- Lead a sales team, implement promotion strategies and sales activities to maximize sales
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with selected accounts (Premium restaurants, Hotels, Bars and Clubs)
- Prepare sales forecast and budgeting
- Identify new potential clients to increase market penetration
- Perform regular sales analysis and implement appropriate sales strategies based on the company's directions
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience with FMCG/HORECA background in sales operations, account management & business development
- Proven records of experience in the HORECA/food service industry are a definite advantage
- Energetic, well-organized and proactive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business vision with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
