About the Role:
The manager is the primary conduit between the corporate merchant team and the customer, their role is to drive sales success and to ensure a seamless customer experience through development of a customer oriented team. This role requires proactive leadership style, motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer services.
- Managing, mentoring and developing a cross-functional sales team
- Responsible for ensuring promotions, product training and overall floor presentations
- Deliver exceptional customer services
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business or equivalent, not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive leadership style, passion for luxury retail
- Experience in client relationships building
- 1 year+ retail store experience, experience in leading a sales team will be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
