About the Company
Our client is a well established Toys Distributor with operations in Hong Kong & Mainland China. To cope with business expansion they are currently in search for a seasoned Sales Manager to establish the wholesale operations for Hong Kong & Macao markets.
About the Role
- Assist management to develop sales and channel strategy to reach target
- Establish and build rapport with clients
- Promote and drive full brand portfolio and sales related programs
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams on sales & business opportunity
- Conduct regular account review for order, payment, sales data and market information to optimize sales performance
- Deliver regular and seasonal training
- Align with key accounts on assortment recommendations
- Ensure POS execution is up to seasonal and brand standard
- Assist and prepare for seasonal trade events
Requirement
- 5 years relevant Wholesale or Key Account experience, with at least 3 years in at a Sales management role
- Experience in Toys industry is highly preferred
- A well-established local network with Education industry OR club house is a must
- Independent, entrepreneurial and result-driven
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Willing to devote himself or herself to grow together with the company
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin preferred
