About Our Client
Our client is a renowned service provider providing entertainment service with 80+ service points in Hong Kong. To cope with their expansion plans, they are looking for Sales Supervisors to manage the upcoming new branches.
Responsibility
- Monitor the branch operation and make sure all assigned KPIs are met
- Lead a team of Customer Service Executives to provide excellent customer service to customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Response to daily enquiries and complaints
- Supervise the branch activities, administration work and any ad-hoc issues
Requirements:
- DSE or above in any disciplines
- 3+ years of Sales/CS experience, preferably with experience in leading small teams/subordinates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
