About the Client
Our client is a global biotech company with innovative specialty drug pipeline known for manufacturing life-saving drugs that cures patients with acute diseases and conditions. Due to their rapid expansion plan in Hong Kong, they are now inviting a Sales Training Manager to join their Hong Kong team.
About the Role
As a Sales Training Manager, you will identify training needs for different business units by observing and analyzing each team's competency and areas of development. Possessing in-depth product specific knowledge and commercialization strategy of the company's drug pipeline targeting various therapeutic area, you will design, implement and evaluate targeted training programmes and materials for different individuals, or teams to enhance sales force effectiveness. Moreover, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams enhance the overall sales performance for the sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science and related disciplines
- Previous sales training working at a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Excellent team motivator, strong coaching and influential skills, with a great passion in training
- Strong commercial sense with a strategic mindset
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
