About Our Client
Our client is a household brand with global business presence. They are currently looking for a seasoned Secretary to support the Finance Director and his team.
About the Role
- Organizing the Finance Director's calendar, coordinating their business travel and meetings
- Arranging travel, accommodation, and logistics for the Finance Director and department
- Assisting with internal and external meetings and conferences
- Helping with departmental budget, purchases, expense management and reimbursements for department staff
- Coordinating business and personal travel arrangements, as well as handling personal affairs of the Finance Director
- Handling various office administrative tasks and supporting the Finance Director as needed
The Successful Candidate
- Associate or bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience of secretary/ executive assistant/ personal assistant in listed company or sizeable company, open for any industry
- Detail-oriented, motivated and dynamic
- Able to multi-task and with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or any computer applications
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
