About Our Client
Our client is a renowned hotel group in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Security Manager to lead the security team.
Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily security operations with the contractors and outsourcing teams.
- Plan and facilitate the procurement process for security operations expenditures, such as outsourced services, vendor management, price negotiation, contract management, infrastructure and equipment.
- Work cross-functionally with the internal departments to review safety measures, budgeting, emergency preparedness exercises, and capital recommendations for security operations.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and develop comprehensive security plans, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Manage the overall responsibility for security including locks, keys, alarms, CCTV, and daily logs across all offices and rooms.
- Organize annual emergency scenario training, safety audits, budgeting and capital recommendations for security operations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in security control, preferably with experience in leading teams/subordinates, preferably from the hospitality industry.
- Disciplinary Force / Army service record will be a plus
- First-aid certified & automated external defibrillator certified
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Disciplined, reliable and self-motivated.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer or Assistant Security Manager
