Senior Accountant (Regional role) - Fortune 500 MNC
About Our Client
Our Client is a multi-national corporation with a strong global presence. It is a renowned market leader in the medical technology industry. To cope with their ambitious expansion plan in Asia, they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Hong Kong team.
Responsibilities
- Report to Assistant Finance Manager
- Assist in the preparation and reviewing of monthly financial reports and accounting processes
- Ensure all accounting procedures of different business units and entities follow strict compliance to internal and statutory requirements
- Assist in system improvements and work flow streamlining
- Assist Associate Finance Manager in any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent
- HKICPA or ACCA qualified or working towards the chartership
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4
- Knowledge of US GAAP/SOX is highly preferred
- Hyperion experience is a plus but not a must
- Detail-minded and independent, with excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
