About Our Client
Our client is a growing asset management firm in Hong Kong. They are now hiring for a (Senior) Accounting Officer - candidates familiar with SFC standards (Types 4,9) and MYOB preferred. This role pays up to $30k per month.
About The Role
Reporting into the CFO, you will handle full set of bookkeeping including data input, documents filing, preparing banking and financial reports. You will also prepare and ensure FRR reports are aligned with SFC standard, also help monitor the business' liquidity situation ensuring statutory requirements are met. You will also ensure accurate accounting entries in a timely manner, and be the key contact point to banks, auditors and/or other regulatory bodies. Ad hoc assignments will be assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in accounting or relevant disciplines, with minimum 3+ years account experience acquired from asset management firms. Experience in FRR reporting and liquid capital monitoring is a must; proficiency in MS Office and MYOB experience highly regarded. Chinese and English will be required for this role, and a detail-oriented mindset on top of strong communications and time management skills will help excel in this role.
