About Our Client
Our client is a Banking Group with strong presence in Hong Kong, Macau and China. To cope with rapid expansion, they are now looking for a Financial Services Manager to join the team.
About the Role
As a Financial Services Manager, you will drive the insurance business by identifying and capturing business opportunites with top notch customer service and build long term relationship with high net worth and cross border customers. You will also work closely with Relationship Managers and Customer Relationship Managers to identify customer's financial needs, as well as retirement and legacy planning. You will also act as a gate keeper and maintain internal control standards and minimize risk.
Requirement
- University graduate preferred; CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA would be an advantage
- 4+ years insurance sales experience; Exposure in universal life insurance policy would be an advantage
- IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 Qualification is a must/ HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Fluent Putonghua preferred
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
