About our client
Our client is a award-winning architecture design firm in partnership with a wide range of developers and government bodies. To cope with its business growth, they are looking for a high caliber Senior Architect to join.
About the role
- Support full cycle of project management and review of tender and submission
- Provide technical advice to ensure architectural elements are designed, specified, and built
- Attend client meeting and site visit to keep track on the project progress and make sure it is delivered in time
- Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders of the project to achieve development objectives
- Ensure the quality of works are in compliance of Building Ordinance and other regulations
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Architecture or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant experience in commercial / residential projects
- HKIA / RIBA or other equivalent is preferred
