Senior Associate - M&A and Project Management
About our Client
Our client is an established Private Equity with presence across Greater China and Pan Asia in the hospitality industry. To cope with their continuous growth, they are looking for a Senior Associate to join their investment team.
About the Role
Reporting to the VP, you will assist in evaluating any investment opportunities with detail financial models and analysis. You will participate in deal structuring, due diligence, documentation and closing of a potential deal. For existing projects, you will proactively update the investment model, exit analysis and cashflow model of the assets. You will also monitor on going performance of the assets and conduct any related market research and analysis.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Finance, BBA or related subjects. CFA or CPA professional qualification is preferred. You should have around 5 years plus experience coming from Transactions Services from Big 4, Corporate Finance or Asset Management experience would be ideal. Most importantly, you should possess strong financial modelling skills, familiar with M&A transactions and valuation model. You should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
