Our client is looking for high calibre with strategic mindset to join the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify marketing objectives and strategies with upper management
- Work closely with agency on advertising and market research
- Monitor, analyse market trends and competitor's performance and activities
- Identify consumer insights and preference for developing and exploring new marketing opportunities/ product concepts and development
- Responsible for development of new products/ packaging format in cooperation with supply chain and manufacturer
- Perform any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- University graduate preferably in Marketing or related disciplines
- 7+ years + marketing experience in FMCG with at least 3 years at supervisory level
- Good communication skills (including presentation skill) with all levels
- Strong project management and leadership skill
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- PC knowledge & application, excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese
