About the Client:
Our client is one of the leading retail and manufacturing groups in the globe with a need to hire a Senior Business Analyst, responsible to coordinate the digital projects in APAC region.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will help to lead new digital projects in APAC region and coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to define business requirements, support user testing and ensure project delivery. You will conduct analyses on sales and user behaviour data from tools like Google Analytics. You will compile feedback from business users after implementation of projects in order to optimise the digital products.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, e-Commerce, or relevant discipline
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Project management background is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with staff at all levels
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and experience with Google Analytics is a plus
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge in e-Commerce will be a plus
- Knowledge in SQL, Python and VBA will be a plus
