About our client
Our client is a UK-based recycling company which heavily engaged in the environmental protection industry. In order to meet the goal of global expansion and digital transformation, they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst in their HK office.
About the role
- Handling implementation, maintenance, enhancement project of the internal system
- Collecting and analyzing user requirements to come up with recommendations for productivity enhancement
- Involving in the project design, including budgeting, timeline development, workflow management
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes in a timely manner
- Reporting to overseas management for project outlook, process and result
- Participating in UAT, bug fixing, and troubleshooting in order to deliver excellent outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of IT project management working experience, preferably in logistics/ manufacturing/retail-related system
- Experienced in working with agile project methodologies
- Experienced in Microsoft D365/Dynamics AX is a big plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Knowledge of data management and reporting concepts
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English is a must
