ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Senior Business Development Consultants in our Singapore office (KOS SG Pte. Ltd) to expand our business across SEA region in different industries. It is a 360 role where you will learn to be a true business partner to your clients.
Continuous development opportunities will be provided depending on the your experience. We will also work together towards your career progression at KOS.
- Formulate and implement appropriate business development initiatives to grow our Singapore market coverage
- Expand your client portfolio with support provided by KOS
- Identify, reach out to and build relationships with potential clients across industries, and prepare proposals and presentations as necessary
- Work with the management team to negotiate terms and conditions with clients
- Arrange client meetings and attend marketing events to promote the KOS brand to clients and candidates
- Gain comprehensive understanding of clients' hiring needs for each position
- Stay active with job boards, social networks, and other platforms
What we look for from the successful applicants:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales and/or Recruitment
- Fluency in English
- Sound judgement, communication aptitude as well as commercial acumen
- Strong ethics and a collaborative spirit
