In addition to a variety of digital and multimedia products, they also involved in the development of innovative concepts related to e-learning. Due to its continued growth in the local market, a need has arisen to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and managing a team of 7, you will provide leadership, business development direction and strategic initiative implementation to build and drive partnerships with education institutions and aim at establishing the company as a trusted technology provider to the e-Learning and children development space. As a team leader, you will drive partners' engagements leading to e-solutions and showcase references of how cloud technologies and e-platforms can help the learning of students and teachers through digital transformation. Lastly, you will keep up to date with innovative learning practice, market trends, competitive insights and industry requirements to nurture the development and new generations learning approach.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or above in Business Management or Marketing
- Minimum of 12 years business development experience, of which at least 5 years at management level
- Demonstrated success fostering long-term relationships with education institutions and decision-makers
- Successful record of managing a sales team ideally from a similar industry
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving sales growth in a business
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
- Strong understanding of industry trends, education products
- Good command in Chinese and English
