About the Client
Our Client is a leader in the entertainment business and one of the world's top ten charity donors. To cope with their business needs, they are inviting a Senior Business Officer to join their Marketing Team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Support Manager, you will need to retrieve customer data and perform data-mining. You will need to analyse customer behaviour to identify trend and provide actionable insights. You will need to analyse business performance with gap analysis and provide recommendations for improvement. You will need to provide regular forecast and performance tracking. Last but not least, you will need to support the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, analytical tools, and dashboards.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science/Information system or related discipline
- At least 3 - 5 years working experience in consumer insight / data analytics
- Extensive knowledge in SQL programming and excellent proficiency in Excel
- Strong business acumen and analytical skill
- Excellent business writing skill
