Senior Business/Financial Analyst - HK Listed Property Developer
About the Client
Our client is one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong. To cope with their business plan, they are now looking for a Senior Business/Financial Analyst to join their team.
About the Role
- Report to the Finance Manager
- Prepare annual budget, forecast, as well as other regular management reports
- Interpret and analyse statistical data, accounting, and operation results for Senior Managers, assist in evaluating business performance
- Assist in conducting analysis and building models to evaluate any potential investment opportunities within the Group
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years of experience gained from sizeable companies with HKICPA qualification and/or CFA
- Presentable and able to communicate effectively with different parties
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, including Pivot Table and V-Look Up etc.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
