Our client is a famous apparel group with young and dynamic culture. To facilitate their business, they are looking for a self-driven and energetic Senior/HR Executive to join the team.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax return filing, leave management, annual remuneration review and staff benefits review. In additions, you will work closely with the stakeholders and play a strategic role. You will handle monthly HR reports and benefits analysis as appropriate. You will also participate in various C&B projects and exercises such as annual budget preparation, salary review and bonus cycle.
The successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be degree educated in HR or relevant disciplines, with minimum 4 years working experience gained in sizeable companies, preferably with experience from FMCG/Retail/Fashion/Telecom industries. You should be fast-paced, self-motivated and with analytical mindset. Good communication skills and strong stakeholder are preferred. Good numerical sense and attentive to details are required. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
