About The Client
Our client is a well-established commercial Bank in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a Senior Compensation& Benefit manager with 8+ years relevant experience to join their team. This role pays up to HKD55k per month.
About the role
- To analyse and interpret statistical output from rewards/compensation surveys
- To liaise with external service providers in designing and administering medical benefits and insurance policies
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the compensation package and benefits schemes
- Review, develop, maintain and benchmark employee benefit programs
- Ensure the policies and procedures for staff benefits are compliant with the existing policies and procedures
- To review and implement performance management policies and guidelines
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for management review on regular basis
- Participate any corporate HR projects as required, including the development of reward strategies, incentive schemes, alongside benefits review exercise etc
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years' solid experience from banking industry
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS
- Good knowledge of compensation and benefits programmes
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with positive working attitude, someone self-motivated, independent, well-organized, strong result-oriented, and a strong analytical mindset will excel in this role
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
