Job Description

About the role

  • To analyse and interpret statistical output from rewards/compensation surveys
  • To liaise with external service providers in designing and administering medical benefits and insurance policies
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the compensation package and benefits schemes
  • Review, develop, maintain and benchmark employee benefit programs
  • Ensure the policies and procedures for staff benefits are compliant with the existing policies and procedures
  • To review and implement performance management policies and guidelines
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for management review on regular basis
  • Participate any corporate HR projects as required, including the development of reward strategies, incentive schemes, alongside benefits review exercise etc



Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years' solid experience from banking/ Financial service industry
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS
  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefits programmes
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player with positive working attitude, someone self-motivated, independent, well-organized, strong result-oriented, and a strong analytical mindset will excel in this role
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
