Our client is a well-established bank. As part of business expansion and team restructuring, they are now hiring for an additional headcount within the C&B team, and seeking for seasoned C&B professional with 12+ years' experience in sizeable banking platforms to join. Banking experience a must and this role pays up to HKD75k per month. Proficiency in English & Chinese required for this role.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of C&B, you will oversee the development, review and implementation of C&B policies and programmes that support company objectives and local practices. You will coordinate and support annual C&B exercises inlcuding pay & benefits review, staff costing budgeting, bonus exercises etc. You will also ensure existing C&B programs are with competitive advantage in comparison to peer banks, also take part in salary and benefits benchmarking, analyse market data and offer recommendations for improvements. At the same time, you will support headcount and staff cost management, and conduct staff cost analysis in order to provide insights for developing HR strategies. You will also manage other C&B programs including MPF scheme, employee insurance and benefits scheme review. As the Senior C&B Manager, you willl be the go-to person for daily C&B matters - both from operational aspect and also support the bank on various C&B projects from a holistic view.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with minimum 12+ years relevant C&B experience acquired from banking sector. You will be the expert in HKMA regulatory and legal requirements, and sound track record assuming a senior C&B position with team leading exposure. You will be strong with statistical and analysis skills, also the tactful communications skills influencing senior executives.
