About our Client
Our client is a reputale fashion retail brand, headquarter in Europe. Due to market bounce back, they are currently looking for a seasoned (Senior) Compensation & Benefits Officer to join the team and regional offices.
About the Role
- Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll operation, final payment, MPF, attendance & leave management, taxation and benefits & insurance administration
- Maintain and ensure up-to-date employee record
- Compile periodic HR reports and analysis for management review
- Assist HR manager in annual budgeting and annual C&B exercise
- Participate in organizing employee relation activities
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties if required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With minimum 3 years of experience in C&B operation, ideally from retail industry or multinational companies
- Motivated, proactive and with strong numerical sense
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (including Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
