Our client is a multinational retail group which has over different brands in the world. They are looking for a seasoned professional to join as the regional Senior C&B Specialist.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Head, you will assist in the development and implementation of the C&B policy and procedures. You are responsible to align the regional and group C&B initiatives with the statutory requirements. In addition, you have to liaise with the counties HR and assist in the regular exercises include benefit & salary review, compensation analysis and bonus exercise for the local and regional staff. Moreover, you will assist in HRIS migration and maintain staff data. Last but not least, ad hoc projects will be .
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines with at least 5 years regional compensation & Benefits experience in any MNC. You should be well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation. You should be familiar with MS Office. Being knowledgeable in HRIS will be a plus. In addition, you should be detail-minded and have strong numeric sense. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must.
