About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the FMCG industry with a portfolio of products. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join their growing business.
Responsibility
- Lead the wholesale and field sales team to explore and develop business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with selected accounts
- Develop business plan and sales strategies to achieve the company goal
- Implement promotion strategies and sales activities to maximize sales
- Perform regular sales analysis and implement appropriate sales strategies based on the company's directions
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years working experience with FMCG background in sales operations, account management & business development
- Proven record of experience in HORECA/food service industry is a definite advantage
- Energetic, well-organised and proactive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business vision with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
