About the Role
- Develop customer retention strategies and create exceptional experiences for members in lifestyle events
- Maintain strong member relationships and effectively communicate feedback to management
- Manage website and social media content updates with accuracy and timeliness
- Enhance the quality of marketing communications to align with the brand image and value proposition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the regular marketing campaign
- Assist in procurement activities, tenders, and other administrative tasks by providing necessary requirements and documentation
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private clubs, credit card loyalty programs, hospitality, event, and function industry
- Degree holder in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or related discipline
- Proven experience in website management and revamping projects
- Relevant experience in liaising with design and printing agencies for marketing collaterals
- High team spirit to work with others, customer-centric, creative, self-motivated, attention to detail, and result-oriented
- Able to work during non-office hours, Saturdays and Sundays, and Public Holidays
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
