About Our Client
Our client is a leading property developer in Hong Kong, now looking for a Company Secretary with 8+ years relevant experience working for listed companies. Experience in property sector an advantage but not a must. The role pays up to HKD50k per month.

About The Role
Reporting into the Company Secretarial Manager, you will be responsible for the governance, statutory compliance, and company secretarial support in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external advisors. This includes overseeing corporate compliance matters e.g. Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance, reviewing financial statements from a company secretarial perspective ensuring accuracy and local regulatory standards etc.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be ICSA/ HKICS qualified, with minimum 8 year's company secretary experience in listed corporations. A strong communicator and outgoing personality will help excel in this role; high level of attention of detail and accuracy, also the ability and flexibility to prioritise workload will be essential. You will also demonstrate good interpersonal skills and proactivity to encourage continuous improvements in policies, procedures and quality of service. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese will also be required, also strong technical and analytical skills to think broadly on issues whilst offering ideas and solutions, and applying sound judgement in problem solving will be key to success in this role. Candidates will less experience will be considered as officer. This role pays up to HKD50k per month and good work-life balance.
