About Our Client
My client is a reputable family office and they are looking to hire a Senior Company Secretary to handle the private portfolio for the group.
About The Role
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters for intragroup private companies incorporated in various jurisdictions, including but not limited to HK, BVI, Cayman Islands, UK, Bahamas and the US
- Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
- Update and prepare the Group's structure charts quarterly
- Draft and prepare all company secretarial documentations including meeting minutes, board resolutions, agreements and any other correspondence and documents
- Organize various type of board and internal meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Company Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements
- Handle AML/KYC requests
- Assist in handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Associate membership at HKCGI/CGI with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Mature, ability to work independently and accurately, highly organised and able to manage own workload to meet short deadlines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work
- Experience and knowledge in trusts is an advantage
- Legal qualification or experience is an advantage
- Good IT skills including proficient use of MS Office ,e.g. in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
