About the Client

Our client is a global business advisory company providing risk, capital and people to international corporations. To cope with their expansion plans in Asia, they are now inviting a Senior Consulting Manager to join their APAC team.


About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience and leading a team of 3, you will foster new and existing business relationship with international corporations through advising clients on culture and behavioural change to improve employee experience. You will create and design strategic EX strategies including culture change programs, employee value proposition, employee branding, behavioural change solutions and culture alignment, with the incorporation of digital EX technology to formulate the best solution. Lastly, you thrive to achieve results and commercial targets to gain market share for the organization.


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Management or equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales and client management working at business consulting specializing in EX solutions, with strong EX APAC market knowledge
  • Agile, result-driven, strong business acumen, and client relationship management experience
  • Excellent influential skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across all levels or an organization
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to solve complex problems
