About our Client
Our client is a leading beverage manufacturer in Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced individual with high level of integrity to join their team as Senior Corporate Service Officer.
About this Role
* Draft and/or review and revise corporate governance documents for legal entities, including, board and shareholder resolutions, annual general meetings, by-laws, certificates of incorporation or their equivalent, proxies and powers of attorneys, and other associated documents.
* Preparation and filing of annual compliance documents
* Maintaining statutory registers and company books
* Ad-hoc company secretary duties
The Successful Candidate
* Degree holder in relevant discipline and an Associate Member of HKCGI is desirable
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a company secretary in sizeable listed company
* Experience in company secretarial function gained from listed companies is an advantage
* Good command in English is a must
* Immediate available candidates highly regarded
