Job Description
Our client is a reputable bank in Hong Kong looking for a seasoned candidate to be SM / Team Head for Credit Team under Private Banking Sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6, directly reporting Head of PB Operation Head.
- Conduct analysis, assessment and evaluation on credit proposals of existing/ prospective Private Banking clients
- Make independent and useful recommendations on credit proposals and credit-related matters to RM and senior management based on credit reviews and analysis
- Assist PB RM to ensure the proper handling of credit requests and compliance with all regulatory requirements and relevant policies and guidelines of the Bank
- Perform regular reporting, portfolio analysis, research duties, and Adhoc tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' credit analysis experience on Private banking credits
- Solid knowledge in credit services and loan administration
- Familiar with credit policies, credit operations procedures, practice, and rules
- Handling credits for Mainland enterprises and operating companies is plus
- Detailed- oriented with strong leadership, good analytical and communication skills
- Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
- Detailed-oriented with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua
- (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager)
