Job Description
Our client is one of the leading conglomerate in Hong Kong. They are looking for a high calibre to lead the CRM team.
Responsibilities
- Formulate CRM strategies and provide business insights to management team.
- Responsible for the growth of membership programme by working with retail operation team.
- Responsible for UAT of the CRM, content management, website, shopping apps and other relevant marketing related systems.
- Developing marketing strategy to drive mall revenue and transactions.
- Lead your team to identify and negotiate with potential tenants and external parties for marketing campaign, sponsorship.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendor on loyalty campaign.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in marketing or related discipline.
- At least 8 to 10 years working experience in retail or hospitality.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
