Our client is hiring for a high calibre to join the CRM team.
Responsibilities
- Customer acquisition and database reactivation by initiating loyalty programs
- Maintain good relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders
- Strategic planning and execution by drawing customer insight and data
- Translate data into actions and lead the team to deliver marketing campaigns
- Achieve the agreed objective from different stakeholders by doing analytics, systems integration
- Budget management and make recommendations for improvement and optimization on CRM system and loyalty programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 8 to 10 years of work experience in business negotiation, content management and digital marketing
- Loyalty / CRM / Data experience is ideal but not a must
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
