Job Description

Our client is hiring for a high calibre to join the CRM team.

Responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition and database reactivation by initiating loyalty programs
  • Maintain good relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders
  • Strategic planning and execution by drawing customer insight and data
  • Translate data into actions and lead the team to deliver marketing campaigns
  • Achieve the agreed objective from different stakeholders by doing analytics, systems integration
  • Budget management and make recommendations for improvement and optimization on CRM system and loyalty programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 8 to 10 years of work experience in business negotiation, content management and digital marketing
  • Loyalty / CRM / Data experience is ideal but not a must
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
