About the Company
Our client is a Hong Kong listed developer with a wide range of shopping malls under their portfolio. To cope with their expanding business and client base, they are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to Head of CRM, you will formulate CRM strategy and develop customer acquisition, retention and loyalty campaigns. You are expected to drive customer segmentation strategies and upselling customer from one tier to the next tier. You will develop strategic partnership with tenants or external partners and come up with attractive promotion offers and rewards to drive business. You have to conduct data analysis and provide insights for strategic planning. You will also develop appropriate communications to targeted segments. You will communicate with CS team and improve service, data collection and greeting methodology. You will assist in ad hoc projects when required.
About the Candidate
- Degree holder in Marketing or related field
- At least 8 years of marketing and CRM experience in Shopping Mall or Luxury Retail
- Solid experience in developing segmentation strategy
- Customer-oriented, creative and analytical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as CRM Manager
