About our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed developer undergoes transformation in both online and offline marketing. In order to improve their CRM program, they are looking for a Senior CRM officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Coordinate with other marketing teams to enhance customers' usage on the CRM program
- Assist in implementing various marketing activities for the members to achieve company's direction, such as customers' redemption
- Seek for potential business partners to join the company's ecosystem
The successful applicants
- Degree holder or above in Marketing or other related disciplines
- 5 years or above solid experience in loyalty program
- Experience in dealing business partnership
- Self-motivated, good project management and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
