Job Description
To drive and optimise customer engagement and retention, our client is looking for a Salesforce expert to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise email marketing by building content and customer journeys
- Customer acquisition and retention from first time purchase to repeat purchase through customer journey and email notification
- Responsible for email marketing campaigns to deliver CRM strategy
- Customer segmentation by data analysis for regional campaigns
- Campaign evaluation and provide salesforce training process for regional teams
Requirements:
- At least 4 years' work experience in email marketing/CRM with E-Commerce exposure
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM platform is required
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese
