About the Company
Our client is an innovative mix-used mall will open in 2022. They are now looking for Senior Customer Service Executive to support their concierge operation.
Responibility
- To provide excellent customer service to vistors
- Work closely with internal and external parties across the area of service provisioning, fault management, resolution
- Provide recommendations to facilitate customer experience and drive for improvement on service standard score, at the same time to convert sales/business growth
- Conduct regular service reviews with clients to promote efficiency, look for service improvements and seek for further business opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above at least 3 years of solid client service / relationship management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
