About Our Client
Our client is a renowned retail group with multi brands. They are now looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer to join the regional call centre and perform daily call centre operations.


Responsibility

  • Handle day-to-day customer enquiries abnd complaints via hotline
  • Process daily orders via telephone and e-mail and assist the ecommerce platform operation
  • Maintain a close relationship with the Sales Department and Logistic Team to ensure the products are delivered on time
  • Coordinate with Sales team for order status and credit issues
  • Work closely with Sales team to provide a variety of support services
  • Perform ad-hoc tasksa ssigned

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with at least 2 years of solid customer service/call center experience
  • With call centre experience
  • Good telephone manner, strong hotline and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
