About Our Client
Our client is a renowned retail group with multi brands. They are now looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer to join the regional call centre and perform daily call centre operations.
Responsibility
- Handle day-to-day customer enquiries abnd complaints via hotline
- Process daily orders via telephone and e-mail and assist the ecommerce platform operation
- Maintain a close relationship with the Sales Department and Logistic Team to ensure the products are delivered on time
- Coordinate with Sales team for order status and credit issues
- Work closely with Sales team to provide a variety of support services
- Perform ad-hoc tasksa ssigned
Requirements:
- DSE or above with at least 2 years of solid customer service/call center experience
- With call centre experience
- Good telephone manner, strong hotline and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
