About the Client
Our client is a world leading material manufacturer which produces chemical materials and solution and is a close partner of companies across engineering, consumer goods, and consumer electronics industries. To cope with the business growth and transformation, they are looking for a Senior Customer Services Specialist (Supply Chain) to join its order management team based in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Receive and resolve customer's enquiries on C4C platform;
- Ensure smooth order process on digital platform and provide customer support to APAC Regional Offices;
- Drive and monitor the team performance, perform cost and resources control;
- Initiate and perform improvement actions on digital tools to enhance the efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder, major in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering or Operations Management;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Customer Services and/or supply chain management, with strong knowledge in SAP or other digital platform and function, such as O@C, C4C;
- Independent, strong multi-tasking, problem-solving and communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build good relationship with internal and external parties.
