About the role
Be able to assist the Team Head to devise marketing plans and content to enhance the brand, products, and reputation of the Group. Utilize "out of the box" thinking to develop creative ideas that differentiate the Group's Marketing strategy and content in the consumer market. Have scheduled plans to review company social media materials to ensure they are aligned with the Group's brand vision and strategy. Able to drive marketing campaigns as part of broader integrated branding projects, including but not limited to video and content production. Identify opportunities to maximize content across different international and local media channels, and social media, ensuring alignment and consistency of messaging and approach.
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree holder with a major in Business/ Marketing related disciplines
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained from in-house marketing or advertising agency roles
· Demonstrated experience with developing Marketing strategies and campaigns for Food and Beverage
· Sound knowledge and passionate about the F&B industry
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with highly developed interpersonal skills
· Strong time management skills to ensure multiple tasks simultaneously are completed within compressed timeframes, with the ability to work under pressure
· Excellent planning and project management skills, with keen attention to prioritization, execution, deadlines and quality output
· Ability to work as a team-player and across a variety of different departments
