Our client is a well sought-after brand and they are looking for a seasoned corporate affairs talent to join their team as Senior Director, Corporate Communications.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for developing communications and PR strategy for the brand, maximize the reach out to the local and overseas markets to improve the brand attachment and loyalty. You are expected to plan and execute the publicity campaigns to stand out from the crowd and paint the brand to become top of the mind in the targeted customers. You will devise an effective local and international media strategy to diversify the brand exposure online and offline, drive the best ROI in return. You are expected to be a strong leader to coach and level up the experienced teams to an international, creative and customer focused working attribute.
Requirements:
- University degree in PR, communications, marketing and related disciplines
- 15+ years corporate affairs and PR experience from leading organizations
- Background from services / hospitality / travel / destination business
- Experience from regional or international markets is essential
- Min 5 years department head experience
- Hands on media network, good relationship with government and public sectors
- Track record to lead a sizable team, instill changes and agile mindset in them
- Strategic, passionate, outstanding communications skill
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Chinese are plus
