About our Client
Our client is a reputable consumer brand with an extensive business operations in the region. A new opportunity now exists for a senior and high calibre individual from the retail sector to join their management team as Senior Director, Retail Management.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing sales strategy for the retail business, initiating an innovative and customer centric operation plan to improve the customer experience at the retail level. With PNL responsibility, you will work closely with the sales teams to drive consistent business growth, lead them on the execution of new product launches and seasonal retail promotions. You will ensure an effective collaboration between the front lines and back office functional departments in order to generate the best results from the marketing campaigns. In addition, you will oversee other teams to manage ongoing retail projects and comprehensive retail sales analysis for business planning and review. It is a high level business role offered from a leading brand which carries a heart in Asia as well as an ambition plan reaching to the global markets.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree in business management or other related disciplines
- 15+ years solid sales management from retail sector
- Background from fashion / accessory / lifestyle products
- Track record in leading a sizeable team and progressive business objectives
- Strong leadership, strategic, energetic and fast pace
- Excellent business acumen and outstanding problem solving skills
