About our Client
Our client is one of the world's leading conglomerates with a strong portfolio in the retail sector. To cope with their continuous expansion, they are seeking an experienced IT professional to join their senior management team in Guangzhou.
About the Role
Reporting to the top management, you will be leading a large IT team to operate under SLA and meet management expectations. With an all rounded IT knowledge and experience, you will participate and lead global IT projects by working with different vendors and Head office project teams. Working in collaboration with different departments, you will explore new technologies and act as an advisor to present appropriate hardware and/or software to the decision makers and support the business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related discipline
- Solid experience managing large IT team of both application and infrastructure
- Strong experience in managing large-scale projects
- Experience in managing multiple Data Centres and Cloud Services in China market
- Strong experience in managing IT systems such as POS, ERP, Oracle, CRM, Digital/E-Commerce, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with strong people management ability
- Good sense of latest technology trends and able to select the appropriate technologies to support the business.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
